Description
The lessons in this course cover the following topics to get a new OmniDTF system fully set up and ready for production work:
- How the OmniDTF system is packaged and palletized
- The unboxing process
- The contents that are included
- Assembling the oven stand
- Attaching the printer and oven to their stands
- Installing the bridge pieces
- Installing the film mounts and loading the film
- Loading the ink into the bottles and ink lines
- Running printhead cleanings
- Printing a nozzle check
- Aligning the printheads
Please note that the shown fume extractor (air purifier) is not included in the base OmniDTF package. It is available as a separate and recommended option.
Two people are needed to complete the unboxing due to the dimensions of the two equipment boxes.
