About OmniAcademy

OmniAcademy is Omniprint’s self-paced training portal, designed to facilitate the learning process by providing various stages of video lessons, quizzes, and documents to teach you everything you need to know to start using your Omniprint products and print your customers' favorite designs.

Please follow along with your own products as you work your way through the lessons to set up, start up, operate, shut down, and maintain your Omniprint equipment. Once you’ve completed the courses designated for your products, you will be ready to schedule a certification video call per the details below.

Certification

Once you have completed all of the lessons and quizzes, please go to https://calendly.com/omniacademy/dtgcert to schedule your certification call.

If you feel that you need more practice before scheduling the certification call, you’re welcome to review any of the training material as often as you like.

Assistance

Omniprint staff are available and happy to help you through the training process, as needed. They can be reached anytime during our business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time at 855-373-3538 or 949-484-4181, option 4. Staff will answer any questions you may have about use of this website or about any of the tasks covered by the training, to help you move forward and through completion of the training and certification process.
